1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, suppliers, and business partners who engage with HAMARNG’s products and services.
1.3 HAMARNG reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products and Services
2.1 All products distributed by HAMARNG comply with local and international quality standards.
2.2 Product availability may vary and is subject to stock levels, supplier agreements, and seasonal changes.
2.3 HAMARNG reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its discretion.
2.4 Pricing is subject to market fluctuations, import costs, and supplier changes. Prices can be updated without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Orders placed through HAMARNG must be confirmed via email, phone, or a written purchase agreement.
3.2 Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms (prepayment, installment, or upon delivery).
3.3 HAMARNG accepts bank transfers, credit payments, and other authorized methods.
3.4 Late payments may result in penalties, order cancellations, or suspension of future transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 HAMARNG provides shipping and delivery services based on agreed terms with customers and suppliers.
4.2 Shipping times may vary due to logistical delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond HAMARNG’s control.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. HAMARNG is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
4.4 Once a product has been shipped, HAMARNG holds no responsibility for damages or losses incurred during transit, unless specified otherwise.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 HAMARNG accepts returns and refunds only in cases of:

5.2 Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5.3 Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval by HAMARNG.
5.4 Returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6.1 All content, logos, trademarks, and branding related to HAMARNG and its proprietary products (including TRIPLE III Energy Drink) are protected under intellectual property laws.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of HAMARNG’s branding and materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
9.2 Any disputes arising from business transactions with HAMARNG shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in the jurisdiction of Duhok, Iraq.
